Uno Syete Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Uno Syete website located at unosyete.click and all related services, features, games, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Uno Syete ("we," "us," or "the Company").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Uno Syete platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance or winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. All activities conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility. We may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any point at our discretion. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Uno Syete are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are non-refundable once credited and used for betting activity.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Uno Syete are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

Key betting rules that apply across all products on Uno Syete include:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time the bet is settled. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activity.
• In cases where an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond our control, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to each market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the event.

Uno Syete employs real-time monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns. Any account found to be exploiting system errors, engaging in match fixing, or using automated betting software will be suspended without notice and all associated bets voided.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Uno Syete offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and special event promotions. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms and mechanics, which are published alongside the promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all Uno Syete promotions include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unclaimed bonus or unwagered bonus balance will expire at the end of the validity period.

• Registering multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identification, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or negatively impacts the experience of other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided your account is in good standing and has met all withdrawal requirements.

Uno Syete reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through negotiation.

14. Changes to These Terms

Uno Syete reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is always indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
